100-Family Pilot Expansion
In 2024, we launched our first pilot program in Alabama with $320,000 in Patron pledges. Now, our board has approved a 100-family expansion across the Southeast—and we’re raising the remaining $1.18 million to fully fund this next phase.
Here’s how your support will be used:
• $500,000 will be deployed to make mortgage payments during approved hardships over the 5-year program
• $1,000,000 in pledge commitments will be called upon only if a widespread economic shock occurs, to fund mortgage payments during systemic hardship

It will unlock future investment from major institutions like the Federal Home Loan Banks, HUD, and FHFA—fueling national expansion and lifelong sustainability of this program.
